3.1 Registration

To access real-money gaming on kz77, you are required to register a player account. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including a valid Philippine mobile number, a unique username, and a secure password. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) kz77 account. Maintaining multiple accounts, whether under the same or different details, is strictly prohibited. kz77 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances or bonuses associated with them upon discovery.

3.3 Account Security

Failure to complete verification within a reasonable period may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

kz77 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT TRC20, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and Coins.ph. All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency channels.

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified in a promotional context.
• Deposits are credited to your kz77 balance upon confirmed receipt from the payment processor. GCash and Maya deposits are typically processed instantly.

• Deposits made by third parties on behalf of a player are not permitted. Funds deposited must originate from an account or payment method registered in the player's own name.

• Deposited funds that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to standard processing review prior to withdrawal.

kz77 processes withdrawal requests to GCash within 1–2 hours under normal operating conditions. This payout timeline applies to verified accounts that have completed all applicable KYC requirements and do not have any active holds or pending reviews on their account.

• Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods that have been previously used for deposits, or to a verified account in the player's own name.

• kz77 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification, fraud review, or AML checks.

• Any balance associated with active bonus funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements is not available for withdrawal until those requirements are met.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the kz77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or verification.

• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Activation of a self-exclusion request by the player.
• Receipt of a regulatory directive from PAGCOR or another competent authority.
• Extended account inactivity as defined in kz77's inactive account policy.

Upon closure of an account, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the payment method on file, subject to completion of all outstanding verification requirements. kz77 will communicate closure reasons where permitted by law and regulation.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting kz77 customer support. All pending wagers and active bonuses will be handled per the applicable game and promotion rules at the time of closure.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kz77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming winnings due to circumstances beyond kz77's reasonable control.
